Who is behind DoctorRegain?

DoctorRegain is operated by David Jacob (formerly Tarek Seda), a sole trader. His own prolonged regulatory experience informs the service. Historical regulatory records retain the name used at the time.
DoctorRegain offers practical, non-legal support. It does not provide reserved legal services, clinical treatment or emergency support. Case-specific legal advice, submissions and representation should be arranged with an appropriately authorised professional where required.

This page has no enquiry form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It does not request case documents. The hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website.
Booking takes place on Google Calendar, which collects your name, email and appointment details to arrange the requested conversation and send confirmations. Google Meet supplies the video call. These services also operate under Google’s privacy policy. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing. Emails to doctorregain@emti.uk route to the existing info@emti.uk business mailbox.
We use appointment and enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps at your request before any agreement. Relevant information may also be retained where needed for legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations, but not indefinitely. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion; any applicable reasons for retaining information will be explained.
You can contact us to exercise applicable data-protection rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Detailed client-file handling and retention arrangements will be provided before accepting case documents or paid work.
